Reception Team Leader
First impressions are everything! As a Reception Team Leader, you will lead the team taking care of our guests from the moment they arrive through to their departure by ensuring they have a memorable experience with us.

What you will be doing:
* Leading the reception teams to deliver great guest experiences and working with the team on reception as needed by the business.
* Working with the reservations team leader to ensure all reservations (including groups) are accurate, and all guest requests are responded too
* Supporting the front office manager with daily banking and account reconciliation, as well as accounts receivable processes.
Qualifications
Good with computers and microsoft applications
Service focused personality is essential
Additional Information
Experience is an asset
Prior experience working with Opera or a related system is a benefit, but not essential
Fluency in English
Additional languages are a plus
