Management Level :9 Work Experience :6-8 years Work location :Bengaluru Must Have Skills : Good To Have Skills : Job Requirements : Key Responsibilities : - The MCM PMO Lead supports the Programme Change Book of work, ensuring appropriate business support, governance and controls are operating and being met- Responsible for managing and tracking Portfolio level progress, ensuring updates are completed across multiple programmes of work inc progress status, risks, issues, milestones, etc - Provide data quality review and assessments; analyse and challenge reporting and updates - Maintain and establish governance processes in order to ensure reporting and change requirements are met within the portfolio- Ensuring Resource plans are managed effectively- Preparation of governance forum meeting materials, perform secretariat duties Technical Experience : - 7 Years experience of working in a senior PMO role- Ability to manage, monitor, track, and summarise delivery across a large change portfolio- Ability to interpret and communicate change strategy and requirements - Highly skilled in use of MS Office tools, particularly MS-Excel, Word and PowerPoint - A background, c10 years, in Financial services ideally in a Regulatory based change environment- Experience in a Global Regulatory / Control change role in a Capital Markets environment would be beneficial- Experience of using other Programme and Project Management tools SharePoint, Clarity- Excellent understanding of Project Management practices and Change Methodology eg Agile Professional Attributes : - An ability to accelerate their understanding of Change Framework and the Regulatory and Control Portfolio - Working knowledghe of Clarity Programme tracking tool is an advantage-Strong interpretation and analytic skills with ability to challenge, draw conclusions and communicate outcomes simply 15 years of full time education
