We are seeking a dynamic and inspirational Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to spearhead our next phase of growth and solidify our position as a market leader. This role demands a visionary leader with a proven track record of driving strategic expansion, fostering strong stakeholder relationships, and championing a culture of excellence.
As CEO, you will be the driving force behind the company’s strategic direction, responsible for:
* Strategic Vision & Growth: Crafting and executing a robust growth strategy that expands our market presence, diversifies revenue streams, and capitalises on emerging opportunities within the catering landscape. This includes identifying and securing new business through your existing network within the sector.
* Building Key Partnerships: Cultivating and nurturing strong relationships, including procurement bodies, and other key stakeholders, positioning the organisation as a trusted and valued partner.
* Operational Excellence: Leading operational teams to deliver exceptional service that consistently exceeds client expectations and adheres to the highest industry and regulatory standards, including all relevant food legislation.
* Financial Stewardship: Overseeing all aspects of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation, ensuring fiscal responsibility and identifying opportunities for enhanced efficiency and profitability.
* Inspiring Leadership & Culture: Fostering a high-performing, inclusive, and innovative culture that empowers employees, promotes accountability, and champions diversity, inclusion, and sustainability.
* Market Positioning & Business Development: Spearheading marketing and sales initiatives to elevate brand visibility, attract new clients, and strengthen existing relationships. This includes developing compelling proposals and presentations that articulate our unique value proposition.
What You’ll Bring:
* Extensive Catering Expertise: A demonstrable history of success in a senior leadership role within the catering, hospitality, or related industry, with significant experience in facilities management, business development, operations, and commercial management. Experience within the education sector is highly desirable.
