Multi-Skilled Plumber Required Job Type: Temporary Start date: TBC Industry: Maintenance Location: Preston JOB DESCRIPTION: Multi-Skilled Plumber required for a Property Services company to cover reactive maintenance on a large site in Preston. Our client is looking for an experienced and hardworking Multi-Skilled Plumber to join the team. Daily responsibilities will include: Reactive Maintenance works on university buildings and student accommodation Plumbing bias with repairing wet rooms, toilets, sinks and showers Covering works which may include basic joinery, plastering & painting skills Carrying out work safely and efficiently Requirements for the role Blue JIB Card - Plumbing / Plumbing qualification of Level 2 or above Asbestos Awareness, Manual Handling & Working at Height (can all be done after role is offered) Previous experience working in eduction setting (preferred but not essential)If interested or want to hear more, please send your CV or call Josh on (phone number removed)
