Operations Manager - Children's Residential Care Homes

I am recruiting for an Operations Manager to join a growing organisation that provides expert residential childcare for children and young people across the Yorkshire area.
The organisation has experience in opening up children's services and achieving OUTSTANDING Ofsted gradings.
Job Details:
* Operations Manager
* Children's residential care homes, OFSTED regulated services
* Managing 3 open homes, based in Sheffield and Rotherham and opening 2 new homes in Doncaster. The Office is Leeds based
* The services support children and young people with learning disabilities and autism.
* Working alongside HR team and Operations Director
* Lead on Recruitment, staff development, and supervision
* Lead on opening new services, implementing company policies and procedures
* Ensure all services are compliant with OFSTED, ensuring the managers of each home are safely managing each service
* Lead on safeguarding concerns
* Full-time, permanent position
Pay:
* Salary 65,000 - 80,000 - including bonuses
Requirements:
* Driving licence
* NVQ Level 5 in leadership and management
* Multi-site management experience
* Experience as either an Operations Manager, Regional Manager, Service Manager or RI
