Technical Writer - IT Support/Service Desk environments - ServiceNow - 6 month contract (Umbrella engagement only) - Nottingham Hybrid working
I am looking for an experienced Technical Writer to join the IT Service Desk team of well known FinTech client.
Do you have a passion for creating clear, user-friendly knowledge articles, and have experience with tools such as ServiceNow and/or Confluence, then I'd love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
* Define, create, and maintain comprehensive knowledge articles for IT Service Desk operations.
* Work with subject matter experts to gather relevant information.
* Ensure all documentation is clear, accurate, and easy to follow.
* Continuously update and improve knowledge base content.
* Use ServiceNow and Confluence to manage and publish articles effectively.
Key Skills and Experience:
* Proven background working as a Technical Writer, ideally with experience of working in IT Support/Service Desk environments.
* Knowledge of ServiceNow, Confluence or similar toolsets.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality documentation.
