Key ResponsibilitiesAs anAudit Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing audit assignments from planning to completion, ensuring compliance with professional standards while delivering outstanding client service. Key responsibilities include: Leading fieldwork and managing workflow within the audit team. Reviewing and issuing outputs to clients with minimal guidance. Identifying key issues in audits and offering practical solutions. Providing training, feedback, and support to junior team members to enhance their professional development. Managing client relationships and acting as a key point of contact. Overseeing technical compliance and advisory work. The Person we are looking for is an ambitious and proactive individual who can: Take ownership of audit assignments, ensuring timely and high-quality completion. Mentor and support junior team members, fostering a strong team culture. Build and maintain excellent client relationships while identifying opportunities for additional services. Professional Qualifications & Experience: Relevant professional qualifications (e.g., ACA, ACCA). 3-4 years of relevant audit experience.
