This role involves a variety of administrative tasks including updating permit information, managing job cards, and maintaining accurate records. This position is ideal for someone with strong organisational skills and a keen attention to detail. Day-to-day of the role: Update highways permit information accurately and efficiently. Use the internal database to create new job cards and update system data. Handle filing, archiving, and other office administrative duties. Ensure all data input is precise and accurate. Assist in various administrative tasks to support the team's operations. Required Skills & Qualifications: Good computer literacy, comfortable using database systems and MS Office. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members. High level of work commitment and ability to meet deadlines. Excellent attention to detail, especially in inputting data.
