We are looking for an Executive Assistant to join our team at our Heywood location. In this role, you will provide key administrative and organisational support to the Regional Vice President and the UK leadership team. This role will involve occasional travel to our UK sites. Duties And Responsibilities Is the first point of contact for UK meetings, travel and the Regional Vice President Makes appointments and manages the agendas and conference calls for the RVP Handles e-mail when RVP out of office Prepares agendas for UK meetings and distributes pre reading Captures action points and follows up with team members Prepares presentations and draws up correspondence on behalf of the RVP Handles legal documents and signature on behalf of RVP Organizes activities, internal and external meetings Supports visitors from Europe and US with travel, hotels, meeting booking Provides a representative interior of head office Coordinates orders for catering, and printed material etc Is responsible for organising business trips to Europe Collecting, discussing and providing information, both internally and externally What are we looking for?
