Your day-to-day tasks will include:
1. Keeping all areas of the unit clean, fresh, and up to CrossReach’s high standards.
2. Supporting individuals in maintaining their personal spaces, if needed, in a way that respects their independence.
3. Working closely with the wider team to ensure a warm and welcoming environment for all.
4. Following a set schedule or rota, with support from senior staff.
5. Learning on the job; we’ll provide training to help you build confidence and skills.
What do you need?
No prior experience? No problem! If you’ve worked in a similar role before, that’s great, but it’s not essential; we value a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

2. Basic computer skills (just enough to navigate Microsoft Office and the internet).
