Chef de partie required for a produce focused Hotel & gastro pub style. This gastro pub is really big on the produce they use, sourcing local and seasonal produce. Due to the location, your own transport will be required. This chef de partie role is paid hourly at £14 per hour and 45 hour weeks (£33k inc service).
The role
As a chef de partieyou will run a core section in the kitchen, you will ensure your section will run smoothly and you will support more junior chef de parties as well. you will prep your section, using fresh produce and ensure everything runs smoothly in your section. You will cook in service and ensure the plates are on the pass to the required standards. This role will include all the normal chef de partie duties.
Experience
We are looking for chef de partie with fresh food, good knowledge of produce and good knife skills.
