The role focuses on connecting brands with key industry players, helping to originate and accelerate business deals through face-to-face interactions. Key Responsibilities Win new business by selling sponsorship and exhibition packages, expanding a strong customer base. Identify and engage potential sponsors aligned with the event’s target audience and value proposition. Lead engaging sales conversations with C-suite and senior decision-makers, both in person and virtually. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless event execution and maximum ROI for sponsors. Ideal Candidate 2 years of B2B sponsorship or exhibition sales experience, ideally within deal-making events. A strong sales acumen with a track record of exceeding targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Confidence in leading face-to-face business development meetings and networking events.
