At Weber, we are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join us and manage our product portfolio in Technical Mortars. You will be responsible for setting the product roadmap, as well as developing and implementing successful product marketing strategies.
Responsibilities:
1. Managing the product portfolio throughout the product lifecycle, defining the product strategy ensuring the business has products and services that meet market needs.
2. Developing and implementing product marketing strategies.
3. Researching and understanding market trends.
4. Translating product features into benefits for the end-user, empowering the sales team with clear value propositions.
5. Regularly visiting customers to listen, ask questions, and provide feedback to ensure we have the right products for them.
What we're looking for:
1. A strong ability to design and implement product marketing strategies and campaigns.
2. Able to analyse and interpret data with an ability to condense and relay this in simple terms to customers and stakeholders.
3. Strong skills around category and product lifecycle management.
4. Able to work cross-functionally across sales, marketing & technical teams.
5. Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
The role is based out of our Head Office in Flitwick, and we operate on a hybrid work schedule. Travel would be required as part of the role.
