The Job Role
1. The experienced proactive sales manager will be the face of the hotel
2. To proactively sell all market segments for the hotel including meetings events and corporate
3. Manage existing client accounts as well as proactively selling and developing new accounts to drive revenue for the hotel
4. Identify opportunities for new local corporate business
5. The sales manager will be responsible for client show-rounds, FAM trips as well as representing the hotel & company at trade shows & exhibitions
The Requirements
1. Proven track record of driving new business within the hotel industry
2. Natural sales professional
3. Knowledge and experience of developing and implementing the sales strategy
4. A solid track record of securing new business within meetings and a wide range of events
5. The proactive sales manager will have previous experience in key account management and new business
