Purpose of the Role
The purpose of the Duty Manager Nights role is to take responsibility for operational delivery for the twilight shifts at the centre in line with our objectives of delivering a first-class customer experience at the centre.
Key Responsibilities
1. Supervise the running of the centre across operational hours ensuring standards are met and any retailer/customer concerns are addressed.
2. Line management supervision of teams including, but not restricted to, cleaning, customer services, and security.
Skills, Knowledge and Experience
1. Result-driven with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced changing environment.
2. Proactively champion initiatives through clear communication, coaching, and engagement with the delivery teams.
3. Enhanced customer relationship skills and the ability to act decisively with an uncompromising eye for detail.
4. Ability to ensure the centre is immaculately presented, safe, and secure throughout trading times.
5. Enjoy managing “from the floor” and not from a desk.
6. Previous experience working for a company in the facilities, retail, and hospitality sector recognized as an employer of choice or striving to obtain employer of choice status.
7. Good basic understanding of budgets and a competent commercial focus.
8. Knowledge of facilities management operations, IOSH qualified, SIA licence, BIFM membership, BICS qualified, ILM NVQ or equivalent.
Working Hours - 40 hrs – four on and four off with flexibility to meet the operational opening hours of the centre and act as duty manager when required.
Salary - £36k
