Job summary This Specialty Doctor post is located in Norwich, Norfolk and is part of the Cambridgeshire and Peterborough NHS Foundation Trust. The post holder will work with the Consultant Psychiatrist and the team to provide medical input to the community within Norfolk. Main duties of the job To work with the specialist multidisciplinary team and share responsibility with them for day-to-day management of the service. To liaise with GP colleagues re medical monitoring to ensure safe and effective medical monitoring of community patients suffering from a severe or enduring eating disorder. The postholder will form and maintain professional links with GP's, families, carers, other mental health professionals, 3rd sector organisations and our colleagues in acute care.
