We have an opportunity for a Supported Housing Partnership officer to join our Supported Housing Team at SNG.
You'll be based out of one of our offices in Bristol, Newbury, Christchurch or Basingstoke.
This is a full time permanent role with a mix of home and office working.
We are offering a starting salary of £32,000 - £40,000 depending on your experience.
The role:
As a Supported Housing Partnership Officer you'll be working closely with our local authorities, managing agents, care providers and other partners to improve the temporary accommodation pathways for our customers and ensure best use of our properties.
Initially you will be understanding, reviewing and analysing how our supported housing customers move from a referral to accessing our services, moving into our temporary accommodation and moving on to their new home.
The role will be a combination of working closely with our partners and collecting, analysing and monitoring data to help with our homelessness prevention model alongside ensuring compliance with contract agreements within our supported housing.
To be successful in this role you'll need:
To demonstrate a high level of stakeholder engagement
Knowledge and experience of collecting, analysing and monitoring data
Excellent communication skills
Experience of working to and monitoring KPI's
The ability to work independently with support from the team
Experience in Supported Housing isn't essential, we are looking for someone with the motivation and skills to help develop this role and make it their own.
On occasion you'll need to travel for this role so having a car and full driving licence is essential.
We will be interviewing for this role in January 2025.
