Job Title: Pharmacist Manager
Estimated Salary: £52,000 - £58,400 per annum (based on 40 hours/week)
Summary
A dedicated and patient-focused Pharmacist is required to lead a team of healthcare professionals in a community pharmacy setting. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy, ensuring the provision of high-quality patient care and promoting public health initiatives.
Responsibilities
* Manage a team of pharmacists, technicians and support staff to deliver excellent patient care and maintain a positive work environment.
* Develop and implement business plans to drive sales growth, improve efficiency and reduce costs.
* Provide clinical leadership and mentorship to junior staff members.
* Stay up-to-date with regulatory requirements and industry developments to ensure compliance and best practice.
Requirements
* MPharm or equivalent qualification in Pharmacy.
* Registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
* Proven experience as a pharmacist manager or senior leader in a community pharmacy setting.
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
* Ability to work autonomously and make informed decisions.
