Buckswood School is seeking a German-speaking Exam Reader to support a student during their exams in May and June 2025. The successful candidate will read aloud exam questions and any permitted texts in German, ensuring clarity and accuracy while maintaining strict adherence to exam regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Read exam questions and instructions clearly and accurately in German.
* Follow exam board regulations and maintain confidentiality.
* Provide neutral support without giving additional explanations or assistance.
* Work under the direction of the IB Coordinator and invigilators.
Requirements:
* Fluency in spoken German with clear pronunciation.
* Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
* Experience in education or exam invigilation (desirable but not essential).
* Ability to remain professional, neutral, and supportive during exams.
Duration: May/June 2025
