The ideal candidate should be customer focused and experienced ICT Technical professional and would have experience in: What we want from you ?Perform duties at professional level in the design, development, integration and administration of Imperial London Hotels Ltd.’s networks. Responsible for design of Imperial London Hotels Ltd.’s network architecture including switching, routing, overall network services and network security. Designs, develops, installs, configures, maintains and troubleshoots the VoIP (Voice Over IP) network infrastructure Manage security solutions, including firewall, anti-virus, and intrusion detection systems. Strong competence/skill with: Network management software and tools LAN/WAN, DHCP, TCP/IP, IIS, Aruba switches Palo Alto Firewall Routing and switching Wireless Networking Disaster recovery planning. Design wired and wireless network Designs, conducts site surveys, installs and maintains guest and corporate wireless infrastructure (e.g., wireless access points, controller, associated wireless equipment, devices and software). Troubleshoots, diagnoses and resolves network connectivity and performance issues; administers network standards; monitors, analyzes and manages network traffic and other conditions to achieve optimal performance and uptime; analyzes data to minimize network congestion. Implements and enforces the enterprise network security policy and remote access standards and guidelines. Develop, implement, and maintain the processes and documentation for network infrastructure (e.g., asset, capacity, change, configuration, continuity, life cycle, problem, release, and vendor) for effective processes. Maintain critical IT infrastructure to ensure availability 24/7, 365 days a year in conjunction with Head of Department and ICT support team Provides second level technical support to users concerning network system operations. Oversee installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of network connected end-user hardware, software, and peripheral devices Create training and educational materials to ensure that users understand security protocols, connection procedures, and other necessary information.
