The Role: As part of our Festive Floor Staff team, you’ll be at the heart of our festive celebrations. Your role will involve delivering excellent service to our guests, ensuring their experience is seamless from the moment they step through our doors. Key Responsibilities: Provide outstanding customer service with a friendly and welcoming attitude. Take orders and serve food and drinks efficiently during peak festive hours. Ensure tables and dining areas are kept clean and well-presented. Support bar and kitchen teams during busy periods. Handle payments and provide an accurate till service. Engage with customers, offering menu suggestions and answering any queries. Assist with event setups and special festive functions. Requirements: Prior experience in a customer-facing role is preferred but not essential. A passion for delivering excellent customer service. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. A team player with great communication skills. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and key festive dates (including Christmas and New Year).
