Job Title: Account Manager/Sales
Salary: £25,000 basic depending on experience, with an OTE of £40,000 in year one uncapped. Rising in year two to an OTE of £45,000.
Location: Southampton City Centre, SO17 (office based)
Hours: Full time (Mon-Fri, 37.5 hours per week)
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Account Management team helping yacht brokers and marine professionals market their boats & services and support their marketing plans.
Offering guidance and advice on digital advertising and providing real value to a range of customers. You will be a key member in ensuring our customers experience is of the highest quality.

What your day to day looks like:
* Proactively engage with our valued clients and forge strong relationships. Gain an in-depth understanding of their business so that we are best placed to be able to support them.
* Pro-actively Identify and reach out to potential new clients to establish new relationships.
* Interpret and explain our clients performance data. Uncover trends and opportunities and through regular account reviews with our clients develop strategies that can support their businesses.
* On-board and guide our new clients through our portal to enable them to make the most of our services.
* Be the first point of contact for technical support when needed to ensure our clients operations run smoothly.
* Oversea and manage your clients marketing plans with us to facilitate a smooth and flawless process.
We are looking for someone who:
* Has proven experience in Sales and Account Management.
* Is confident and comfortable in their ability to build relationships over the phone as well as in person.
* Exhibits a mindset of wanting to help our customers achieve their goals.
* Matches our values of trust, honesty and is customer focused.
* Has an analytical mind with a problem solving attitude.
* Is proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Has a willingness to continue learning and developing.
