The Role
:
As a Registered Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in overseeing daily operations, ensuring high standards of care and regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage and develop therapeutic services for young residents.
2. Foster relationships with stakeholders and support effective team dynamics.
3. Maintain financial budgets and administrative controls in accordance with firm’s procedures.
4. Lead reflective practice and staff development initiatives.
5. Organise staff rota and manage emergency resources effectively.
6. Ensure Health and Safety regulations for fire, medication, vehicles, and premises as per company policies.
Requirements:
7. Previously worked as a Registered Manager or in a similar role.
8. At least 2 years of experience in residential children’s social care.
9. Background in a management and supervisory role.
10. Understanding of Trauma Informed Care, therapeutic background and PACE principles.
11. NVQ Level 3 in Residential Childcare / Health & Social Care or NVQ Level 5 in Residential Childcare.
12. Valid UK driving licence.
13. Enhanced DBS check.
