What you’ll be doing:• Code & input Sales & Purchase Ledger invoices • Process Engineers timesheets• Produce Sales Invoices both on Job Logic & Excell• Upload Sales Invoices to various portals • Reconcile Creditor Statements & Prepare Monthly Creditor Payments• Keep various accounting records up to date i.e. vehicle allocation • Assist in preparation of Annual Audit Schedules • General assistance with tasks to facilitate the smooth operation of the department What we’re looking for:• A genuine interest in building a career in accounts• Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn• Good communication and organisational skills• Basic Excel skills (don’t worry – you’ll learn more on the job)• Ideally some admin or office experience, but not essentialWhether you're starting out or ready for a new challenge, this is a brilliant opportunity to take that next step & build a long-term career in accounts.
