Hours - 40 hours per week (35 hours per week plus 1 hour paid lunch break per day)

Identify, attract, and select exceptional talent: You will be responsible for identifying, implementing, and managing effective recruitment strategies to attract top-tier professionals across various disciplines within the sector. Your expertise will ensure that our approaches mirror best practices, resulting in the acquisition of the best talent.
Build relationships and partnerships: You will proactively build relationships with key stakeholders across the organisation. By understanding their specific needs and resource requirements, you will be able to develop comprehensive recruitment plans that address their unique challenges.
Drive candidate attraction through innovative methods: Utilising social media platforms, job boards, and other relevant channels, you will develop and implement route-to-market strategies to attract talented individuals who are passionate about working in the sector. Your creative initiatives will ensure a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
Support and collaborate with Hiring Managers: Working closely with Hiring Managers, you will provide proactive support and guidance throughout the recruitment process. From attraction strategies to candidate evaluation, you will ensure a seamless experience for both Hiring Managers and candidates.
Foster a positive candidate experience: By providing timely updates, conducting telephone interviews, and offering valuable feedback to candidates, you will ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Utilise data and analytics: You will leverage our in-house recruitment and HR systems to monitor data, track recruitment metrics, and provide valuable insights for continuous improvement. Your trend analysis will help drive strategic decision-making and enhance our recruitment practices.
Maintain compliance and confidentiality: As a Talent & Resourcing Specialist, you will adhere to strict protocols and service level agreements when conducting pre-employment screening checks. Your meticulous approach to compliance will ensure that we safeguard our service users and colleagues, and confidential information is handled with the utmost care.
