Our client based in Lutterworth is currently recruiting for a Training Consultant to join the team on a full-time, permanent basis. This role sits within the Product Management team but will work with, and across all departments to both gather product knowledge and deliver training. Occasionally, international travel will be required to deliver external training to clients, although this may be infrequent.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide training services to customers, partners, internal colleagues and to formulate and produce training material that may be delivered as either instructor led or hosted self-service content.
2. Delivery of internal training to staff within the company one to one or in groups - both in terms of product awareness & in depth learning about current features.
3. Deliver training to partners and end customers as necessary either in the company's offices or on the customer site as appropriate.
4. Assisting other teams with creation of materials in support of product demonstration, documentation, and marketing activities.
5. Create levels of training certification, for external customers and partners, with appropriate training classes and levels of progression (e.g. CMS Certified Admin (CCA) Level I, CMS Certified Admin (CCA) Level II, etc).
6. Maintain and update training records to track course attendance.
7. Regularly gather and review training feedback and identify areas for improvement, including training delivered in person and through the LMS.
