Job Title: Insurance Account Relationship Manager

Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 depending on experience plus benefits.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Insurance Account Relationship Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with our clients and Insurer Partners, ensuring their insurance needs are met effectively.
You will be the key owner of the day-to-day relationship between Taurus’ internal departments and our affinity partners. Key focus is to develop an exceptional client relationship, drive customer profitability and to co-ordinate delivery from across the respective internal business functions and external suppliers. You will be responsible for significant revenue growth, business retention, identification of growth opportunities and delivering on our joint strategy for the partner and for Taurus.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of insurance products, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in client management.
Key Responsibilities:
* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
* Communicate partner requirements and demands internally within the business, ensuring timely and successful delivery according to customer needs and objectives
* Respond promptly to client inquiries and concerns, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
* Create and track progress against budget and forecast
* ·Work with the Head of Travel and Head of Gadget to secure new business opportunities
* Recognise opportunities to drive account growth, using commercial awareness to understand the needs, requirements, and goals of the partners’ business
* Arrange partner review meetings, drive agenda, co-ordinate and agree attendees, build and deliver presentations and clearly capture, share and manage actions / minutes
* Communicate the progress of monthly / quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
* Keep accurate records pertaining to inventory and account notes
* Coordinate the various internal functions as required to service and develop the brands
Skills and Experience:
You should be experienced in building relationships, with excellent communication and organisational skills. In addition, you must be able to demonstrate the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
Required:
* Previous Account or Relationship Management experience ideally in the Insurance sector
* Excellent written and oral communication skills - able to make clear and concise presentations to management and external organisations, including audience presentation experience
* Evidence of excellent interpersonal and influencing skills
* Strong organisational and planning skills, both personally and of other departments
* High level of pro-activeness and ability to use initiative when problem solving
* Ability to work on own initiative maintaining drive and motivation and to work towards effective delivery of objectives
* Proactive and professional attitude with the drive to get involved where necessary to achieve a successful outcome
