This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and driven individual who has significant experience working as an Organisational Development (OD) specialist or as Learning Development specialist with an OD focus.
This role will support the delivery of interventions at individual, team and system level that assist the optimization of service delivery and the wellbeing of staff.
You will have a track record in delivering successful OD projects and supporting organisational change; influencing, building, and sustaining relationships in order to achieve results.
