The Role Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC systems powered by various energy sources. Perform planned preventive maintenance across a variety of HVAC systems. Deliver clear, concise job sheets and effective communication with both the office team and clients. Complete necessary forms and documentation in line with company procedures. Travel to multiple sites per day, ensuring each job is completed to the highest standards. Conduct remedial repairs and make system alterations as required. Perform safety tests and oversee system commissioning. Manage personal van stock for efficient operation.Essential Skills & Attributes Exceptional customer service skills, with a passion for client satisfaction. Strong communication skills and a positive approach to challenges. UK Driving Licence and proximity to Colchester (within an hour). Additional qualifications are an advantage and will be rewarded.Package Full-time, permanent position. Standard hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, with rotational on-call duties.
