Junior Project Administrator - Yeovil (hybrid) - £25-£28k
I'm looking for a Junior Project Administrator for a company based in Yeovil. You will play a crucial role in supporting the project team by coordinating IT engineers and managing project logistics. You'll work closely with suppliers, internal teams, and customers throughout the process to achieve key milestones and provide a smooth customer experience.

Key Responsibilities of the Junior Project Administrator:
1. Coordinate onboarding of new customers, upgrades, and service continuity.
2. Place product orders on supplier portals and update billing systems accurately.
3. Schedule engineer tasks and monitor progress, keeping project notes and updates current.
4. Liaise with teams to meet project milestones and update customers on progress.
5. Document all updates accurately in Salesforce to ensure streamlined service.
As the Junior Project Administrator, you will have:
1. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple schedules and priorities.
2. Strong time management skills to keep projects running on time and managing deadlines effectively.
3. An excellent customer service background with strong communication and documentation skills.
4. An ability to remain calm under pressure.
5. A good understanding of Microsoft Office.
