As a Key Stage Three Teacher, you will work with students aged 11 to 14 in a specialist SEN setting, supporting their academic, social, and emotional development.
Deliver structured and engaging lessons tailored to students' individual learning needs.
Support students with a range of SEN, ensuring they receive the guidance needed to thrive.
Foster a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment.
Implement creative and adaptable teaching strategies to support different learning styles.
Work closely with a team of teachers, teaching assistants, and support staff to provide holistic education.
Encourage confidence, independence, and resilience in students.
Use behaviour management techniques that promote emotional well-being and self-regulation.
Monitor and assess student progress, providing personalised support where needed.
Communicate effectively with parents, carers, and external professionals to ensure the best outcomes for students.

Who We Are Looking For
We are seeking a qualified Key Stage Three Teacher who is passionate about supporting students with SEN and creating a nurturing and engaging learning environment.
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
Experience working with students with SEN is beneficial but not essential.
Ability to differentiate lessons to meet a range of learning needs.
Strong classroom management skills with a compassionate and patient approach.
