Owning the full sales cycle—from opening conversations to closing deals and ensuring a smooth client transition. Representing the business at a senior level and building strong, long-lasting client relationships. Managing and prioritising your own pipeline and prospecting activity. Collaborating closely with operational teams to ensure seamless delivery. Identifying opportunities to improve processes and boost efficiency. Reporting on performance and pipeline developments to senior leadership. Requirements of a Business Development Manager: Proven experience managing and closing high-value accounts. Commercially sharp with the confidence to pursue and secure large-scale deals. Experience in fast-paced, founder-led or scale-up environments is highly desirable. Entrepreneurial spirit with a hands-on, proactive approach to sales. Comfortable operating with autonomy and influencing business success.
