Non-Executive Director – International Franchising

We are proud to be working with a rapidly growing, premium dessert business known for crafting high-quality treats. With a commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience, they have built a strong reputation for innovation and sustainability within the food and beverage sector. Their brand has experienced significant growth and expansion and are continuing to grow internationally, therefore are now seeking a dynamic and experienced Non-Executive Director to join their board.
The Individual:
We are looking for a seasoned executive with a strong background within the food and beverage, or hospitality sector with proven experience in international franchising. You will be able to help steer a Founder led business during stages of significant growth.
Requirements:
* CEO/ Executive or NED experience within a similar industry
* Strong strategic thinking and business acumen with the ability to challenge and guide the executive team.
* A deep understanding of scaling premium brands globally and navigating competitive markets.
* Experience in scaling F&B businesses across USA, Middle East and Europe.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively at board level.
* Passion for food and sustainability, with a genuine interest in premium, artisan products.
* Bring insights and expertise from your industry experience to support the company’s growth, especially in areas such as franchising.
* Have an extensive list of connections and be willing to make relevant introductions to help scale the business
* Promote sustainability, innovation, and ethical business practices in line with company values.
