If so, we want to hear from you The Role: As Technical Manager, you will oversee the technical and production processes, ensuring operational excellence and continuous improvement. You will play a key role in tooling, process optimisation, and team development, working closely with cross-functional teams to maintain the highest standards of quality and efficiency. You will be highly driven, motivated, task orientated with the ability to work to deadlines and motivate teams. Key Responsibilities: Lead and optimise injection moulding processes to improve efficiency and quality. Oversee tooling, machine maintenance, and process development. Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies. Work closely with design, production, and quality teams to ensure smooth project execution. Provide technical support and training to engineers and operators. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards. What We’re Looking For: Proven experience in a Technical Manager or similar role within plastic injection moulding. Strong knowledge of moulding processes, tooling, and materials. Ability to troubleshoot and optimise production performance. A competent, innovative leader who demands the highest standards implementing projects to improve the cost and effectiveness of the business. Experience with lean manufacturing, process improvement, and quality control. Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. A hands-on, proactive approach with a passion for driving technical excellence. The Package: Salary in the region of £50,000.
