As Learning Portfolio Agility Lead, you will coordinate the UK Learning & Skills backlog and team “flow” using a hybrid agile and project management approach. You will lead the design of the learning and skill’s team agile upskilling journey (in the UK and India) and agree which specific agile techniques, tools and practices will be adopted to empower the team most. Please note, this role can be based in either the Wolverhampton or Chatham office and has the benefit of operating within our hybrid-working policy of three days a week in the office and two days from home. As Learning Portfolio Agility Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring team flow is optimal using a combination of agile practices with project management, enabling the team to drive quality output to deliver an ambitious learning strategy for OSB Group.
