We are currently recruiting for a confident and self motivated individual, to work in our Solihull premises on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate should ideally have previous experience in customer service and the ability to work in a fast paced environment, dealing with pressure efficiently and provide high level of customer service at all times. In addition, dealing with any customer queries in regards to our vast range of products or recent/new orders enquiries.
Day – to Day Responsibilities
• General Enquiries through email and phone
• Processing New Orders
• Resolving Queries on Existing Orders
• Effectively chasing dispatch (if required)
• Quoting Customers
• First point of contact for telephone customers
• Meeting and understanding timescales and cut off times for Plastics Hub customers in relation to orders and processing.
As this role is very much customer orientated it is vital that orders are checked and fulfilled correctly. The order process of updating customers of progress is important as well as acting in a professional manner at all times, be it through email or telephone. Building and maintaining relationships is key as returning and new customer should feel welcomed when speaking to yourself.
An ideal candidate should preferably have previous experience in a similar role, high standard of communication, good computer skills and must have a CAN-DO attitude.
