What the Job Involves As a Passenger Assistant Supervisor, you will provide first-line supervisory management to approximately 160 Passenger Assistants, overseeing performance and safety. Your role includes advising and supporting staff, conducting site visits, monitoring routes, maintaining records, and ensuring compliance with Health and Safety standards. You will also liaise with schools and the Quality Standards Officer, deliver training schemes, and occasionally fill in as a Passenger Assistant. Decision-making on staffing levels and handling operational issues are key duties, alongside performance appraisals and staff management tasks.
