Job summary Join the Claims Evolution Programme (CEP) and be part of a team developing an internationally-recognised claims management services. We are recruiting a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our claims function. You will help define our Target Operating Model, enabling NHS Resolution to deliver greater impact, drive efficiencies and champion data-led decision-making. Therefore, you will support the development of a robust cost/benefits model and programme metrics by identifying, quantifying, tracking and evaluating both the quantitative and qualitative benefits of the Programme. Main duties of the job We are looking for a driven, forward-thinking professional with: Extensive experience in business analysis within complex, high-impact programmes. A strong grasp of benefits realisation, process improvement and stakeholder management Excellent communication and facilitation skills able to bring clarity to complexity Extensive experience of articulating business and IT needs and relaying them to various stakeholders to ensure a complete understanding of a deliverable, its capability and limitations Ability to work autonomously, including the ability to balance, organise and prioritise own workload. Practitioner-level BA certification is essential PRINCE2 Foundation or equivalent is desirable NHS/Health Authority and/or Insurance industry experience is desirable but not essential.
