This is an exciting job opportunity for you to light the way as a Product Management Apprentice in Cambridge with Telensa.
As a Product Manager Apprentice, you will be an integral part of the Product Management team, collaborating closely with the Telensa Sales, Operations, and R&D teams.

During your 3-year apprenticeship, you will have the opportunity to:
* Market Research: Analyze market trends, competitor landscape, and customer needs to identify potential opportunities for product improvement.
* Customer Feedback: Collect customer feedback through surveys, interviews, and user testing to inform product development decisions.
* Product Strategy: Contribute to the development of product vision, strategy, and roadmap by assisting PdMs in defining goals and key metrics.
* Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Operations, and R&D to ensure alignment on product goals and execution.
* Feature Prioritization: Help identify and prioritize features based on customer needs and business priorities.
* Data Analysis: Analyze product usage data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and measure the effectiveness of product features.
* Stakeholder Communication: Regularly update stakeholders on product progress, challenges, and upcoming plans.
* Product Documentation: Create and maintain product documentation, including user stories, product specifications, and release notes.
* Competitive Analysis: Monitor and analyze competitor products to identify potential opportunities and threats.
* Product Launch Support: Assist in the launch process, including marketing materials and user training.

* Satisfactory GCSE (English and Maths included) & A Level attainment.
* You love technology! - Interest and enthusiasm for technology and problem-solving are must-haves for this role.
* Communication skills in English, written and verbal.
* Good IT skills.
* Data presentation (Excel etc.), database skills, and coding experience are all pluses.
* Fast learner, able to work to tight deadlines.
* Team worker, proactive, and strong collaborative skills.
* Eye for detail, organized, and dedicated.
* Passionate and eager to learn and develop your career.
* Aged 16 plus.
* Resident in England and able to be based in the Cambridge office.

Most of our Apprentices are offered a role at Signify having successfully demonstrated the appropriate skills and behavior for effective performance. Alternatively, there are opportunities for Higher-Level Apprenticeships which can be topped up further to full degree level.
