The adult is physically fit, enjoys the great outdoors and in all weathers. Candidates should have previous experience of working within a Complex Needs service. You will be p rovided with full training by our excellent and award-winning learning & development team prior to starting. This training initially consists of classroom-based sessions and e-learning, as well as the opportunity to shadow current staff in their day to day role. Requirements : Ideally you'll have or be willing to work towards obtaining your SVQ-3 in Health & Social Care Previous experience of working with a range of individuals with a Learning Disability / Autism Spectrum / Complex Needs Excellent verbal and non verbal communication skills About the Role : The Complex Needs Practitioner (Level 2) is a key role within the service, where you would be providing skilled direct support to a male, as well as assisting the Senior Support Workers to ensure that all support provided is of the highest quality. This will include communicating accurately and efficiently how the support plans are being delivered, assisting with the monitoring and evaluation of the individual support plans.
