Our client, a distinguished leader in delivering exceptional occupational health services, is actively seeking a passionate and skilled Occupational Health Advisor to become an integral part of their clinical team based at a single business site in Huddersfield, Yorkshire.
This position offers flexibility with options for full-time (hybrid) or part-time work (a minimum of 3 days on-site). As a key member of the team, you will play a vital role in providing a comprehensive suite of high-quality occupational health services, dedicated to enhancing the health, safety, and overall well-being of employees.
**Key Requirements:**
- Registered General Nurse (RGN) with a part of the NMC/NMBI register (SCPHN preferred).
- At least 2 years of post-registration experience in a similar role or relevant transferable skills.
- Expertise in essential clinical activities, such as immunizations, spirometry, ECGs, phlebotomy, and health surveillance.
- Exceptional organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced clinical environment.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities, enabling collaboration both independently and as part of a dynamic team.
- Proficiency with IT systems, particularly experience with Cohort.
- Demonstrated adaptability, confidence, and a genuine customer-focused approach.
- A commitment to continuous professional development and maintaining current clinical knowledge.
- The capability to make independent clinical decisions while contributing to workplace assessments and health promotion initiatives.
This role offers a competitive salary ranging from £40,000 to £52,000, along with an impressive array of benefits.
