We're looking for a HR Administrator (2nd Line) to join our HR Shared Services Team based in Rushden.
Location: Rushden, hybrid working available, with travel to the office required 1-2 days per week.
Hours: 37.5 hours per week – some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us.
What will you be responsible for?
As a HR Administrator (2nd Line), you'll be working within the HR Shared Services Team, supporting our colleagues by delivering right first-time guidance and pay-related queries and providing transactional support in relation to a wide variety of employee lifecycle changes.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
* Providing guidance to employees on Kier policies, HR and pay-related queries.
* Providing administrative support through processing a variety of HR and pay-related changes into our HR system, including processing various types of family-friendly leave, redundancy leavers, secondments, sabbaticals, extensions to probation, and preparing the relevant correspondence ensuring GDPR compliance is maintained.
* Monitoring, reviewing, and contributing towards updating HR policies and ensuring that they remain in line with current legislation.
* Providing input into HR Shared Services projects and the streamlining of HR processes to drive continuous improvement.
* Supporting with the calculation of exit costs for redundancy processes and settlement agreements.
What are we looking for?
This role of HR Administrator (2nd Line) is great for you if you have:
* Knowledge of Transfer of Undertakings Protection of Employment (TUPE) legislation.
* Competent user of Excel.
* High level of accuracy.
