Role Summary
Job Purpose:
We have an exciting opportunity, for an experienced Project Manager to join our team on a 6 month fixed term contract. The role will work closely with the various department heads, customers and suppliers. The projects will be wide and varied from new product introduction and site improvements to commercial project management with customers across the UK and overseas.
Key Accountabilities:
The key accountabilities will include:
• Plan, execute, and deliver business improvement projects that drive significant business change, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Engage with stakeholders across all levels of the organisation to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
• Develop detailed project plans, resource allocation, risk assessments, and mitigation strategies.
• Be able to guide cross functional teams and ensure targets and timelines are met.
• Manage and deliver multiple projects working with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress, manage changes, and provide regular updates to senior stakeholders.
• Ensure effective change management practices are in place, including communication plans, training, and user adoption strategies.
• Responsible for assessing the costs of a project and ensuring that the costs are controlled throughout the contract.
• Manage the design process to ensure compliance with the relevant standards and procedures, and any country specific legislation.
• Support change management, identify risks and opportunities and introduce cost saving strategies where possible.
• Deliver post-implementation support and conduct project reviews to capture lessons learned.

Requirements
• Strong Project Management experience 5+ yrs.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager with a focus on business change and transformation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., PRINCE2, Agile, PMI).
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in leading change management processes, including user adoption and training strategies.
• Ability to analyse complex business problems and propose effective solutions.
• Competence in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Trello).
