We may conduct our interviews in person or using Microsoft Teams for video calling. All you need is a device with a camera and access to the internet. We will provide guidance and instructions on how to use this method if your interview is being held virtually.

The qualification to be achieved on completion of the Modern Apprenticeship is SCQF Level 6. Modern Apprenticeship posts are open to all North Ayrshire Residents aged 16-19yrs old at commencement of employment.
This post is joint funded by Enable and Sportscotland and will be hosted by the North Ayrshire Council’s Active Schools Team. Due to the funding requirements, applicants must be aged between 16-24 years old and have additional support needs. The successful applicant will undertake a Modern Apprenticeship and work towards securing SCQF Level 6 in Active Learning and Leisure (Active Schools). In addition, they will contribute to the effective and efficient delivery of the service. The successful applicant will plan, deliver, lead and review sports coaching sessions. The role will build the confidence of the successful applicant to deliver sport sessions to a variety of ages and abilities. A keen interest in sport and coaching would be useful. The role will require someone who can work as part of a team and is eager to develop personally within sport. For more details see the attached Role Profile below.
