Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and maintain the company's HR Management System in alignment with ISO accreditation standards.
2. Manage employee timekeeping, absenteeism, disciplinary actions, and training records.
3. Assist management with the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures.
4. Lead the recruitment process: draft job descriptions, prepare advertisements, screen applications, and shortlist candidates for interviews.
5. Ensure the company's compliance register is up-to-date, covering ISO certifications, SHEQ standards, Environmental and Health & Safety regulations, and other critical memberships.
6. Coordinate with external auditors and organise mandatory training sessions to ensure all compliance requirements are met.
7. Monitor and report on the company's compliance with First Aid and Hazardous Waste Alert Systems.
8. Work closely with external auditors for ISO and BAM compliance audits.
What I'm Looking For
1. HR experience is essential; experience in compliance is a plus but not required.
2. A self-starter who is eager to learn and develop new skills.
3. Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
5. Ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks with competing deadlines.
6. A team player with strong communication skills and a proactive approach.
