Responsible to Navigators Office Manager for the efficient conduct of the organisation’s day to day operations including all admin services. To be a key player in the effectiveness of the organisation, the post holder will oversee many of our administrative systems and processes at the Wythenshawe Hub.
Role Responsibilities
1. To be the designated Alternative Provision admin support.
2. Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately.
3. To contribute towards the planning, development and organisation of the support service systems and procedures.
4. Undertake a wide range of clerical and administrative tasks.
5. To adhere to IT systems proficiently to ensure the smooth running of systems inc. Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Outlook and Office.
6. NCFE administration.
7. Record office expenditure.
8. To maintain pupil records and be responsible for completion and submission of forms.
9. Distribute student reports and administration.
10. Stationary ordering/office supplies/resources.
11. Preparation for Staff Inset and training days.
12. Promote staff development and training.
13. Check that data protection laws are being adhered to in relation to the storage of data.
14. Maintain and manage the condition of the office and arrange for necessary repairs in conjunction with the maintenance team.
15. Designated Fire Marshall.
16. Designated on site First Aid contact.
As part of your role, you may be required to undertake additional tasks or responsibilities that are reasonably within your skillset and capabilities, in line with business needs. This ensures flexibility in supporting the team and adapting to changing priorities.

Experience and Qualifications
1. Proven experience as an office administrator, administrative assistant or similar role.
2. Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
3. Excellent communication skills.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Teams.
5. Ability to work to strict deadlines.
6. Ability to problem solve and use own initiative when required.
