This role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, supporting senior staff while developing your skills through structured training. Youll gain hands-on experience in contract administration, procurement, project delivery, and client management, with a clear pathway to professional chartership. Key Responsibilities Prepare Specifications, Employers Requirements, and tender documents. Assist in contract administration, site inspections, and quality control. Chair project meetings and produce meeting minutes. Manage valuations, final accounts, and claims assessments. Conduct end-of-defects inspections and reporting. Promote Frankhams consultancy services to potential clients. Key Skills & Experience Degree in Building Surveying or Project Management (or equivalent). Working towards chartership (RICS or equivalent). Experience with JCT contracts and contract administration. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Project). Strong communication, leadership, and time management skills. Full UK driving licence required.
