As a Sales Development Representative, you’ll be at the forefront of our UK Sales Team, hunting for new business opportunities in industries like Retail, Finance, and Healthcare in the Dutch Market.
What you’ll be working on
1. Own our sales enablement strategy, connecting with prospects through calls, LinkedIn, and industry events, and setting up qualified meetings using our BANT methodology.
2. Research and prospect into Target Accounts using tailored outreach campaigns, using tools like Sales Loft.
3. Cold call, email, leverage LinkedIn & direct mail for strategic outreach.
4. Build a pipeline of high-quality leads, utilising lead generation tools like LinkedIn, Sales Nav, Salesforce, etc.
5. Communicate Apadmi’s value proposition to decision-makers, from C-suite to Heads of Digital/Product.
6. Represent Apadmi at events, sparking interest and driving demand.
7. Act as collaborative strategic partner with your Geo lead to support regional Go-to market strategies.
8. Exceed specific daily, monthly, quarterly KPIs and pipeline metrics to help achieve sales goals.
9. Manage your time effectively and prioritise tasks to maximise efficiency and results.
What you’ll bring to the team
1. A minimum of three years experience working in a Dutch territory in a similar role, preferably in a digital consultancy or software development environment.
2. 2-3 years’ experience in sales development, ideally in B2B.
3. Confidence in speaking to senior stakeholders and hitting targets.
4. Organised, assertive, and thrive in a fast-paced team environment.
5. Excitement about technology and eagerness to grow with a top digital solutions specialist.
6. Fluency in English and Dutch.
7. Proven track record of success in a metrics-driven culture.
8. Eagerness to learn and seek out feedback.
9. Adaptability, professionalism, courtesy, and motivation with a strong work ethic.
10. Ability to proactively resolve problems in a timely manner; develop alternative solutions.
11. Desire to work hard, exceed expectations, and outperform quotas.
12. Resilience and persistence in handling rejection.
