What you’ll do:
* Delivery of the Estates Maintenance Service, including programmed and reactive maintenance across multiple disciplines.
* Duty Holder in applicable technical disciplines, for example, Competent Person.
* Ensure compliance with relevant statutory, mandatory and contractual obligations in the delivery of the Estates Maintenance Service. Evidential documentation in support of compliance to be managed and available to satisfy audit requirements.
* Ensure application of, and adherence to, the Permit to Work system.
* Update and maintain accurate records including, PDA, job dockets and service reports.
* Establishment and maintenance of effective communications and working relationships both internally and externally to Sodexo.
* Adherence to the site health and safety, quality and risk management procedures.
* Participation in and contribution to Sodexo forums, initiatives and training.
* Any other duties as may be reasonably required.
What you bring:
* Conduct fault finding diagnostics on various mechanical (HVAC, Medical Gas, BMS) and repairs.
* NVQ 3 or equivalent experience working with either HVAC, Heating, Medical Gas or BMS
* C&G BTec or equivalent in mechanical engineering
* Previous experience in CAFM and BMS systems would be beneficial
* Experience repairing plant and equipment, as well as the ability to fault find, read drawings, diagnose, and repair equipment using your technical knowledge.
* Ability to keep work pace and meet deadlines, along with good organisation skills
* Great communication skills, strong teamwork, and a positive attitude
* Capable of working as part of a team or unsupervised, and of remaining calm under pressure

Package Description

* 5 over 7
* Shifts: will include lates 11:30 to 20:00 which run 1 in 8 weeks and weekends 07:00 to 15:30 which run 1 in 12 weeks.
