This is a fantastic opportunity to join the Reshaping Results Origination Hub and be responsible for originating and qualifying corporate leads to the business. This role will give the opportunity to lead the strategy and execution of sprints, reacting to market conditions and ideate, identify prospective targets and work with our internal account teams to qualify opportunities. Working with the GCSP and account community, this role will be critical in identifying and producing a volume based approach to hand over qualified leads to the business.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Overview
* Work with Reshaping Results Leaders and SaT BD Leader to ideate, develop and originate sprints responding to market conditions with a focus on opportunities which will drive a bundling conversation across the service line.
* Identify the business need to develop the end to end origination strategy. Initial sprints are expected to focus on Corporate leads from the last 6 months, profit warnings, trade credit insurance and internal Project Titan focus areas.
* Develop the best positioning strategy with GCSPs and account communities to undertake initial qualification of leads.
Relationship Building and Influencing
* Manage the GDS origination hub resources to ensure that the research undertaken is streamlined and aligned to maximize the qualification of clients against specific market themes.
* Build relationships with GCSPs and senior account team members to build trust and influence conversations against predefined objectives.
* Facilitate and triage strategic discussions to focus on key angles.
* Build good relationships with SaT BD and other colleagues across the competency.
Qualification
* Undertake initial outreach to GCSP to test ideas using intel from Origination Hub research.
* Adapt learnings from sprints to cross-pollinate into other areas.
* Drive cadence and speed to ensure sprints are time-bound and test the viability of key issues.
* Provide feedback on key themes to further refine additional origination hub sprints.
Knowledge and Skills
* 5-10 years of core business development skills.
* Knowledge/expertise in the firm's solutions and service offerings.
* Demonstrated success in building strong relationships at a senior level.
* Team player, willing to get involved in all aspects of projects.
* Strong executive presence, leadership skills and the ability to influence others.
* Strategic and creative mindset.
* Knowledgeable of market and industry dynamics.
* Excellent oral and written communication skills.
